Natural Brown Kraft Paper

Natural brown kraft paperboard is manufactured from a variable blend of virgin paper pulp and post-consumer recycled content (up to 100% recycled fiber), utilizing an unbleached, chemical-free production process. The absence of chemical bleaching agents and additives ensures complete recyclability while imparting the characteristic natural brown coloration synonymous with kraft substrates. Due to the substrate’s inherent brown tone, saturated ink colors exhibit reduced vibrancy and tonal shift; white ink underbase printing is recommended prior to color application to maintain chromatic accuracy and prevent color desaturation. The kraft pulping process accommodates diverse wood species including pine, bamboo, and alternative non-wood fiber sources. Pine and bamboo species demonstrate elevated resin content, contributing to superior tensile strength and durability characteristics in finished kraft paperboard.
